What can I expect?
What does a McCook E-Free Service look like?
McCook E-Free was founded on the principle of teaching and studying the Bible. We believe the Bible is the word of God and therefore is complete, unerring, and completely relevant to the lives of every person. As such, we place great emphasis on the Bible and strive to make sure everything that occurs during our services lines up with the standards and messages within.
Our services begin with musical worship and prayer. After worship, our Senior Pastor will come out to share a message from God's word. In many cases, we will also close the service with musical worship as well in response to the message we have heard.
What's the culture like?
Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest. You won't be met with shame, guilt, or condemnation. We are a church made up of imperfect people sharing in the joy of Jesus. No matter what you've been through or the questions you might have, we are a place where you'll find the love, grace, and forgiveness Jesus gives to everyone.
What about my kids?
We believe that kids should not only have a blast at church every single week but also have their hearts and minds focused on Jesus. We view our ministry with kids as a great responsibility and so we make it a priority. The other thing we make a priority is your children’s safety. Because of that, make sure to leave yourself some extra time before service to get your kids checked in and so we can get to know them.
